Hello, World! Birds

This is a lovely book for little ones. The text is simple enough to be able to capture the attention of bouncy toddlers and the illustrations are so colorful and vibrant! It has become a bedtime story favorite for my bird loving toddler

Lovely book I enjoy sharing with my grandchildren of various ages.

This book was used for a Sunday school lesson on birds. The sounds and pictures are just perfect. They really help young children (I teach 2s and 3s) learn about different birds, their colorings, and their sounds. This book is beautiful! My granddaughters love it also and they are 7 and 8.

We love this series of books. The pictures are bright and colorful and hold my child's attention. I love that there are additional facts for older kids to keep them entertained too.

I bought this book because I bought another one from the same series (the Solar System one) and my toddler loves that one. He loved this one two. I like that it shows different birds and their habitats and one fact about them in big letters and one in small letters. For a two year old you can read just the big letters and as the child gets older you can introduce more facts as they have a longer attention span.

Nice sized board book with great colors and illustrations, my 4mo old gets very excited when we start paging through this book and looks wide eyed at the pages for a long time. The tidbits about each of the birds is cute for the most part, minus the page about the pigeons (which we usually skip) - pretty sure pigeons wouldn't *choose* to live in cities but then again I'm not an ornithologist.

My toddler likes this book, especially the page about owls. It's one of the ones she will bring me to read when she finds it.
