## Questions & Answers

**Q: The instructions are missing from the packaging - have not printed anything before the word 'grease'. Does anyone know what is on the instructions**
A: Hi. I don’t remember reading any instructions so treated it as a normal size 2L hot water bottle. I fill it from the kettle 1/3 full. You can then leave air in or out (or part), and screw/tighten the cap. The outer can be washed, just remove the bottle. . However I found I lost something in the wash. It was fluffy but seemed a little less thick. Overall this is a fab hottie.

**Q: Will the dinosaur ever be re listed?**
A: Probably extinct

**Q: Is it possible to get a replacement stopper for this? Either the one I ordered didn't come with one, or it got thrown out with the packaging.**
A: Always check packaging

**Q: Where are the pugs with jumpers**
A: There they are
