Dispenser top broke. Any suggestion on finding a replacement.

This dispenser takes a 40/410 (40mm) pump. You can purchase replacements from multiple sources. Google 40/410 or 40mm replacement foam pumps and you’ll find them.

can anyone give me the measurement on the screw on part? I want to use a different head

The bottle opening is 1 1/4 inch.

Does the pump part of the lid lock, for travel use?

No, but I don't think they'd make good travel bottles anyway. They're a little biger than a soda can, and made of glass. For home use, though, they're the best dispenser I've tried. They deliver a thick jet of foam, and haven't clogged once in the half year I've had them.
