Was searching through various portals for a suitable cycle that can handle our Indian roads (potholes filled of course) with ease so preferred both shockabsorber based cycles with gear. But mostly got options of cheap Chinese foldable cycles that i didn't liked plus quality concerns. Finalized Triad M2 Pro with lot of scepticism as buying cycle on Amazon was a first time experience and there were concerns about delivery and quality too. But went ahead with purchase and the cycle got delivered in 2 days and in next 2 days the person visited for fitting. The cycle build quality is solid and so was the packaging quality. However, one thing I didn't liked was that the wheels alignment wasn't done properly and I can easily see the wheel jumping. While we buy cycles from local shop they align it properly before delivery but was disappointed that such costly cycles wheels were not properly balanced by the company. Will get it done locally though so decided to go ahead with the cycle. Good riding experience, good gears shifts (sometimes the downshift can be a tricky part but not so much that we can't live without, good front shockers while rear ones are a bit right but do offer better protection in potholes compared to fixed bone cycles that really shakes you. I had requested for the assembly mainly for the gears setup but turned out that the person wasn't completely aware of this bycycle and he just assembled the handlebar and peddles. For wheels alignment he straightaway suggested to get it replaced if I am not happy which was kind of disturbing as I had paid 500 for assembly service expecting to resolve all such small niggles but the man was not up to the mark I would say. Recommendation: Cycle - Definitely go for it, for wheels and gears alignment reach out to local cycle shops after one month of usage Assembly Service - DO NOT waste your money by opting for assembly service. Do it yourself.

For people Height above 5.5 it looks small.... Suppension is not smooth But other then that all is good

Maine last wali sell me liya to ye mujhe sirf 8000 ki mili amezon pe one card ka discount leke Bike super smooth hai par installation me problem gayi to eska pal de damage ho gaya amezon replace bhi kar ke de raha tha par maine nahi liya kyu kon wait karega aur 6 din So maine problem thik kar li aur bike bohat awesome hai Fast hai atlist 35 ki speed aaram se long distance travel kar sakate ho Gears altra smooth hai Breaks bohat sahi hai works perfectly Tyers bhi mast hai Bus seat bohat hard hai Color bohat puara hai Quality me koi compromise nahi kiya hai koi wabling nahi hai 16000 me milati hai normally par utane me bhi bohat jyada de rahi hai company Go for it aagar 16000 me bhi mil rahi hai to Mai 2 lene wala tha aab regret ho raha hai kyu nahi li 😅😅😅😅 So happy with this bike

Kiska galti hai nahi pata but received karne ke baat pata chala rim damage hai ,poor currier service on poor quality product I don't know.....

The Cycle is neatly packaged and delivered. Color and Graphics are awsome Dual suspension is good. Found Left hand break lever was wrongly connected to Front disc brake and right hand lever to rear disc brakes Front Fork is not so firm Overally not a great feel of riding any MTB, it was feeling little flimsy but the ride was smooth though.

Bought it for 16k. so for so good
