Purchased 4 of these totally for Christmas gifts. 1 of them the motor and circuit board burnt up in, 2 others the steering doesn’t really work in, the last remaking 1 is going strong still. Guess for the price point they served their purpose, but I was hoping these would last a little longer than a couple of months. The total use of these has been minimal 10-20 times really in all, the one used the most is still going strong. I do see the price has gone down some since I purchased hopefully this is to reflect their overall lower quality. These are not to bad out of the box for speed honestly, and work well at first. Just don’t expect them to be hobby RC quality, keep the expectation more along box store toy would be my recommendation.

I gave this R/C truck to my son for Christmas. Upon opening we discovered a faulty controller. In the box is a card with a QR code that directs you to help via WhatsApp. The employee helping was so kind. He/she sent a replacement right away. I didn't discover the autocorrect mistake in my address until after he had sent the replacement twice without me receiving it. It was MY mistake and a lot of time/effort on their end, but the employee persisted in making it right and sent me a replacement for the THIRD time. It arrived yesterday and there was much excitement in my house. My son loves it. It is zippy, fun, has a good battery life and it look great! I'm so thankful to this company for going the extra mile to stand by their product. I'll definitely buy from this brand again.

Amazing customer service. My son's car broke asbhe was carrying it (may or may not been his fault). I reached out to buy a replacement parts and without questions they offered and sent an entire new unit. My son and I could not be happier. He absolutely loves these cars. They FLY!! Thanks

Wow, my two boys have not destroyed these cars yet. Surprisingly durable. I got the insurance too. Would recommend to anyone. Love the slow mode too. Wish this was the default.
