How often do I have to replace this blade?

I bought a 2.0 more than 4 years ago, and just now decided I need a replacement

Do these replacements blades come with replacement guards?

no, the only two replacement blade

Is the spring stainless steel? If not they will rust and break and may cut yourself. This happened on the manscape model.
