I love the monkfruit sweetener I get from this company, so I thought I'd try their granola. I was very disappointed. First, it is very expensive. Second, it tasted overly sweet. I have digestive issues when I eat too much erythritol, and although the basic sweetener is fine, there is way too much in the granola. Finally, the overall texture feels strange in the mouth, and by the time I have chewed it for a while, it seems like all that is left is a lot of sunflower seeds and nothing else. This is definitely not for me.
