A: I bought the red not the white . The red is very beautiful & classy. The only problem I have with it the feathers come off

**Q: I washed this by hand in cold water and the feathers coiled. I can't even put my arm through the hole anymore. It's not flowy. Why did this happen?**
A: Something this delicate needs to be dry cleaned.

A: Not really just machine wash cold. Wash it alone and only hang to dry. Don’t place it in a dryer.
