Great addition to your daily intake, I do have severe IBS so these donโt agree with me but a friend takes these instead and do wonders for her. Hair and nails condition are better plus she has lots a few pounds since taking

As I like green tea I thought that I would give these a try. You can really smell and taste the flavour in these, they are easy to swallow for such a substantial sized tablet, i didn't even need water to get them down. The bottle contains 60 capsules and you take 2 capsules per day so each bottle will last a month. I find matcha green tea to be really good for inflammation and these capsules also have added turmeric so an extra bonus, i have found them to be helpful with my digestive issues, they help to settle my stomach and can give some relief when i am having a bloated kind of day. The tea does have many benefits and this is why i like it. The tablets are reasonably priced, i recommend them., would definitely buy again.
