This should be branded the magical white powder for sure. For months I tried ACV pills, ACV drinks, baking soda, lemon water, etc and could not tell any difference in my levels before finally stumbling on this. Instant results!!My dr says to take smaller doses frequently instead of large doses every several days like I have been. But I often forget. And in large amounts this stuff tastes very salty, so what I recommend is mixing this recipe up in a water bottle such as the Blender Bottle to mask the taste.12 oz of cold milk5 T. MUCH better solution then those terrible ACV drinks!You can adjust the recipe according to your needs, but this will raise it from 5.5 if you're low to about 7.5 within several hours. Also, if you have a sensitive stomach you may wish to halve the recipe instead of full dose. Also, a lot of the PH tests on Amazon are garbage, I only recommend the Micro Essentials Labs tape roll.This company gets my deepest gratitude for finally providing me a product that works phenomenally, and I definitely will keep buying this stuff during my illness for sure. Don't ever let your PH drop below 7, and 7.5 is the ideal level but it's better to be a bit too alkaline then too acidic so don't worry about taking too much that you go over 7, you'll be fine. Just stay between 7-8...

Today, I exercised doing weighted pullups. I've been doing these for several years, so it's very routine for me, but today I noticed something different. I did not feel the pain in my stiff joints, or back, or muscles (lactic acid) like what I typically feel. Fatigued from the exercise, yes. Pain, no. Ever since I was a teenager, several of my joints would 'pop' and I became accustomed to it. Sometimes the 'pops' were a little painful or just annoying, but always relieving nonetheless. Like a relief of pressure. I regularly use dietary oils and MSM to help with the joints and muscle inflammation which has generally worked well for me. If I reduced my intake of either of those or if my exercise volume increased (with no increase in oils or MSM), I notice more joint and muscle pain. However today, after only 3 days with this product, there is no general stiffness and my muscles didn't fatigue as quickly as before. I suspect then that I have been mineral and/or bicarbonate deficient since my teenage years. Also, I'm not sure if the minerals make me feel mentally calmer due to the support of my nervous system or due to the more relaxed state of my joints and muscles. I don't know if my saliva or blood alkalinity have increased, but that's not important to me. Improving the capacity to remove waste, toxins, etc from the body is the desired result. I hope to remember to update this review next month to report results over a longer timeframe.

i am not 100% sure what to expect from this product, so I assume that it is alkalizing and balancing my body as it indicates. I've only been taking it for a week, so I should know more in a few weeks. Am I smarter? No. Am I more energetic? No.

I started out making Alkaline water with Baking soda ( sodium Bicarbonate), and then I found this product on Amazon. This has Potassium Bicarbonate and magnesium carbonate. The substitution of potassium is now believed to be more beneficial than loading sodium levels up in your system. Also adding Magnesium in your water helps with ionic reactions in your healthy water. If you really want to investigate healing water check out new research on EZ water the 4th stage water. Water creates this exclusion zone next to surfaces it touches creating a layer of + ions around the molecules and - ions in the surrounding water (hydrogen ions). The electrical potential of this Structured water is a much better FIT for helping our electrical chemical structure on a cellular level. Look up Gerald Pollack on any of his water research. This will blow your mind.!! Victor Schauberger , Johann Grander, have been forerunners on water but no one was paying attention. I have taken many supplements over the years, which do not really seem to make much of a difference. This supplement, however, makes me feel great. I actually had someone test all the supplements I was taking, over 15, and this was only 1 of 4 that tested to be beneficial to me. I like how it tastes and the container lasts for around 4 months. I take 1/4 teaspoon with 8 ounces of water about 1 hour before going to bed and it seems to help me sleep.

First off, I will say that this product works. I went from acidic to alkaline in a couple of days by incorporating this powder into my morning routine. However, my husband pointed out it has silica in it. While the amount is small, silica is a carcinogen in dust form due inhalation. I am a little uncomfortable using a product that has silica added in powder form bc despite my best efforts, the powder still gets into the air whenever I scoop or mix it. I did reach out to the company asking for more information about the safety of silica in this, but have yet to hear back. I will update my review if I ever do.

Although this product does indeed change the PH of your drinking water, you have to constantly mix the water to keep the powder in suspension. I will instead purchase the liquid PH drops the next time.
