I'm updating my review: I LOVE THIS STUFF AND NOTHING ELSE WORKS LIKE IT. It's easy. As mentioned below they state STEM may need reapplication, but not that often. And, a little goes a long long way. Plus, because the price is right, you can continue to purchase it as you need it. Critters really hate it and go away. It is so worth it. If you spray them they die immediately but I don't care if they die. I just want them to stay away and they do! The smell is overwhelming and I don't care! The scent alone DETERS anything from insects to rodents. It keeps me from having to set traps. It keeps me from using neurotoxin sprays. I love it and wish it didn't smell so strong but THAT'S WHY IT WORKS!!! It's only essential oils and it is all natural. After the third yellow sac spider (and he seemed well-fed) landed in my bed, I had - had enough. I give a quick SPURT anywhere I might see a cobweb or in corners and on the ceiling fan ...because they seem to like it up there, dopes. Regardless, the smell alone is a deterrent! Wouldn't it be nice if you didn't see them at all! Wouldn't it be nice if they just stayed away? I don't mind reapplication because it doesn't take much. A SPRITZ DOES THE TRICK. Thankfully the price is right or I would look into other options but the lemongrass in this product is despised by spiders and rodents. A small spritz and your whole room will be a deterrent. I would now like to get some sleep and think I will. I don't like seeing creatures and I don't want them around. This keeps them away in the first place! Isn't that what you want? Don't hesitate. Don't bother with ant traps. Use this and repeat the usage until it stops. You can use traps outside the house, if you have more trouble. It does leave a horribly oily residue so don't spray it anywhere you can't wipe down later. That's the only drawback and it's not a big one. Despite the fact that this may need reapplication, it's surprising how well it works. I had to leave one of the homes unoccupied for quite a while (years). I bought this for ants, but was surprised to find that some mice had also taken up residence in the basement. I would spray and although the scent would dissipate, it actually took some time... Longer than they say on the bottle. I also found wetting cardboard, cotton balls or anything absorbent could be placed in various locations and that makes for easy cleanup. I'd simply spray again, and eventually, it seemed they did not want to come back. As far as the ants go, they are dead on contact. All I needed to do was find the general location where they were coming from and it was over. One small word of caution, if you are sensitive to smells, you won't get away scott-free. It may be natural but a little goes a long way. Overspraying, was overwhelming. It gave me headaches. IT WAS STILL WORTH IT! Don't overspray.

Kills ants on contact and keeps them away . Strong smell , not a fragrance smell but very strong oil smell lingers after use. Only need a spray or two do not become heavy handled or area will smell for a while .

THE ONLY ISSUE I AM HAVING IS THAT IT STAINED MY MEXICAN TILES SO BADLY NOT SURE I CAN EVER GET THE STAIN OUT, TRIED EVERY THING AND UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE PETS AND I DO NOT FEEL OK BUYING IT AGAIN WERE I LIVE IT IS VERY HOT AND SUMMER TIME MY ENTIRE HOME IS A ANT COLONLY AND SO DIFFICULT TO GET RID OF WHEN YOU HAVE PETS LAYING ON THE FLOOR AND THEY GET ALL OVER MY PET, SO THE ITEM IS GOOD BUT NOT FOR THE MAJOR ANT ISSUES I HAVE AND DO TO MY PETS MAKES IT HARD TO FIND SOMETHING THAT WILL ACTUALLY WORK AND NOT STAIN THE FLOOR

It works very well. We had some ants that turned up out of the blue and this stopped them immediately. We have cats so it had to be non toxic. The smell is a bit strong but not a bad smell. Be aware that is oily and slippery. You will need to wipe it off or you can easily go sliding across the floor. Luckily it works pretty much on contact so you can wipe it off within a short period of time.

I had an ant problem in the master BR of my RV. While waited for my product, I cleaned shelves, walls and floors with a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water. This was not helpful at all as the ants were not deterred by this at all. I then made a mixture of Bay leaf, peppermint, and rosemary essential oils with rubbing alcohol and water. It was STRONG in terms of the smell. I sprayed everywhere that I was seeing ants. This actually was helpful but I was still finding an ant here and there and a few of them even had the nerve to get into bed with me. Cringe. Then my STEM Spray showed up the next day. I have literally seen one ant since using this spray, and it was already half dead. I was out of the RV all day today. Upon my return, not a single ant to be found. I was pleasantly surprised. The spray pump works very well and is easy to spray into tight spaces. The scent is mild compared with the mixture I had made. It dissipates fairly quickly upon dry down. I appreciate that it’s all natural ingredients that are not harmful to pets or humans. I will definitely be keeping this product on hand at all times. I can’t recommend it enough if you have an ant problem.

Works really well but the scent is so strong and overpowers any room to the point where I DREAD having to use it. I cannot stand how overpowering it is and with a baby in the house even if the strong scent is technically “safe” it honestly gives me a headache and makes me feel queasy and my stomach hurt and burns my nostrils so I can’t imagine what it would do to my baby. I wouldn’t repurchase this product because of that even though it’s a better alternative to raid or other products.

It does what it’s supposed to. It’s freaking hot and dry in Texas. Ants decided to rent my counter as their living space, then my pantry, and now my bathroom. As soon as I spray this stuff, they stop moving and die. Only con is the smell is a little overpowering. It smells like really potent aroma oils and the scent lingers.

The spray is good. It does somewhat of the job, but it’s not really as great as I thought it would be. I mean, it helped to keep some of the fruit flies in my house gone but there’s still a lot on there. It doesn’t smell bad though, and it is safe to use with having my cat. That’s definitely a plus cause I always try to get something that is not going to harm my cat and it has a label and says it is safe to use when you have animals
