Review: Critical review. Great for original Wayfarer frames. Thank you - First time buying this brand. At first I was a little disappointed because when they first they arrived they would not slide on the ear pieces of my black frame "Blues Brothers" Ray-Ban Wayfarer frames of my eyeglasses. So I looked them over and couldn't find any defects in workmanship the stitching that I could see was actually very nicely done with the correct thread and correct upper/lower machine tension. So I gently slid the ends that go over the ear pieces over a hard plastic toothbrush handle almost the same size as the Wayfarer frame just a little smaller. When I slid each side over the plastic handle I noticed that what was stopping them from going on was glue inside of the openings which is not a big deal in fact it shows me the manufacturer is not afraid to use enough glue for the job. So now I clean my wayfarers with lemon pledge like I always have and wipe them clean. The retainer went onto the ear pieces perfectly not too tight not too loose just right the second try. So far they feel pretty good they keep my eyeglasses from falling off my face leaning down, they work great on a motorcycle, and I think they are going to do the job just fine for me. I would like to see if they have a design similar to another brand I have used in the past because I like the craftsmanship and quality of the retainer. Thank you very much.

**Q: I want to use for eyewear while riding a rollercoaster. Would these suffice?**
A: Yes, these would work well. I've used them to hold my glasses on while motorcycling, boating, skiing and snowboarding. They keep the glasses on quite well.

**Q: Do the ends fit Ray Ban Wayfarers?**
A: Yes, I've been using the Chums 'upcycles' on my Ray-Ban Wayfarers for many years.

**Q: Do your sunglasses just slide in?**
A: Yes. The ends of the sunglasses slide inside the ends of the eyewear retainer. Keep in mind that they will also easily slide out if your sunglasses get caught on anything.   I use mine for safety glasses in the lab -- it adds a touch of color and keeps my safety glasses handy.

**Q: Is this pink or orange??? Says orange at the top orange in the photo and pink at the bottom and labeled as pink in the cart. Wanted Hi vis orange.**

First time buying this brand. At first I was a little disappointed because when they first they arrived they would not slide on the ear pieces of my black frame "Blues Brothers" Ray-Ban Wayfarer frames of my eyeglasses. The usual superior Chums quality: ultra comfortable, keeps glasses in place, and vibrant colors (orange and plum). The only negative: the strap is 14.5 inches long! WHY? My old Chums and other glass holders were 9.5 inches long. I guess I'll get used to the new length. Oh well, the long tail is on the back of my head; out of sight, out of mind!
