Review: 100 stars - I have tried so many things to help my child sleep — bath salts, sprays, magnesium, and other natural remedies — and nothing really worked. This is the first product that actually made a noticeable difference, very effective with clean and safe ingredients. Within about 30 minutes, he is asleep and stays asleep through the night. The grape flavor is also great and easy for kids to take. I even tried one myself to see the taste, and it honestly tastes really good. I would give this 100 stars if I could. Definitely a lifesaver for bedtime in our house. The only con is that i can’t hive it to my 2 years old since its for 3+ But i cant wait to give it to him too next year

I have tried so many things to help my child sleep — bath salts, sprays, magnesium, and other natural remedies — and nothing really worked. This is the first product that actually made a noticeable difference, very effective with clean and safe ingredients. Within about 30 minutes, he is asleep and stays asleep through the night. The grape flavor is also great and easy for kids to take. I even tried one myself to see the taste, and it honestly tastes really good. I would give this 100 stars if I could. Definitely a lifesaver for bedtime in our house. The only con is that i can’t hive it to my 2 years old since its for 3+ But i cant wait to give it to him too next year

These are amazing! As an adult I take 1 and about 30-45 minutes later I am sleepy and am sleeping through the night. I have used them about 3 times over the last week. Highly recommend for adults who want a lower dosage to avoid feeling drowsy the next morning. My only complaint is the flavor is a bit sour.
