Comfortable and Affordable
Good Quality and very affordable. There is no smell to them. I recently experienced leaking while in public and that was so embarrassing. I started researching affordable protective underwear and saw Amazon's Basics. I read the reviews like I do on everything I order from Amazon. The design is comfortable and soft, considering what this product is. My waist is 28" .The overall fit for me is good. It's definitely a SMALL not a medium. Buy a large if you need a medium. These run small I think . I'm a small person so it'll work for light coverage .For the protection level it'll be fine for me. A little urine leakage. I don't need them for bedtime. Durability works fine . If you use them at night I also recommend using a pee pad should there be any leaking. I was a caregiver for over 40 years and my clients did this for accidental spills . I'll use these for when I go shopping or walking on the beach.. I highly recommend for the Price and quality.

Wonderful product!
I am the primary caregiver for my mother who has dementia. Incontinence has become more of an issue, especially overnight. I have tried a few different products, which are ok, but end up with some leaking. I decided to give the amazon basics brand a try. We have been using them overnight for 2 weeks now, and I am super impressed!! There has only been one time with minimal leaking and it was due to her having a loose stool, not her urinary incontinence. These pull-up type of disposable undergarments are designed as unisex, which makes them more versatile. My mother can not verbalize how comfortable they are, but she does not pull or grab at the undergarments when I help to put them on. They don’t seem to be very bulky, and fit under her clothing, so could be used during the day if needed.I was concerned about leaking relative to sleep position. My mother will sometimes sleep on her side, and other times sleep on her back. She weighs around 100 pounds, and I was concerned about them being too big and not conforming around her legs when she moves in her sleep. I purchased the S/M and they fit very well. The waistband gives so as not to be too constricting. I appreciate how the back side has a bit wider edge along the bottom for better coverage and I imagine more comfort around her buttocks. Other products are so similar front and back, it’s difficult to tell which way they go, but these are easy to tell.I have not noticed any rashes or skin irritation since I started using the “protective underwear,” and to be honest, she sometimes sleeps for up to 12 hours without my waking her through the night. The lining appears to keep her skin dry and protected from urine. They also seem to hold quite a lot of urine! When attempting to remove the product, my mother will sometimes grab at the waist and try to keep them up, and they have not ripped until I deliberately rip the seams in order to remove the soiled garment. This tells me they are strong enough, but not so indestructible that I can’t remove them by tearing as needed.I noticed that Amazon is suggesting I say something about “smell.” I really have not detected any odor from the product, and her urine does not have any change in smell once the product is wet.I was very surprised at the quality of this product, especially with the very reasonable price. I highly recommend them, especially for at night with a person with dementia, and will definitely purchase again.

good deal for daytime use
works very well. still experience some leakages at night, but work extremely well during the day without any problems. I will keep purchasing since they help so much during the day, but continue my search for some with additional support at night. The product is soft on the skin and causes no irritation. They don't tear or rip easily; able to pull up and down when using the restroom without destroying the product. Not noticeable under clothing, no crunching sounds. Product arrives quickly and packaged well. Great bargain, priced perfectly.

Worked the best of products tried.
These are easiest to get on & off while giving good protection. At least for my mother. Previously used Depends - which fit well, were absorbent, leak proof. But fit snuggly & were not easy to get on or off on person with extremely limited mobility. Also used whatever hospice provided - which were easy on & off, but NOT leak proof. These look like a a cheaper product, but again, were easy on/ off with good protection.

The Best Disposable Underwear
These disposable protective underwear items are the best I have ever found bar none. They are comfortable, easy to put on and easy to wear. The moisture retention is outstanding. The design was obviously designed with the customer in mind, but slip them on like any regular underwear..no messing with tabs or anything like that...just slip i into them. The last longer than they say they will so durability is absolutely a plus. The protection level is so high that i pay them absolutely no attention while wearing them. I feel comfortable in these no matter where I go or what I am doing. They are absolutely efficient and non-intrustive. hardly know they are there. There are no noticeable odors. I love these, have ordered them at least 8 times and will always order them whenever and wherever they are available. The cost of these disposable does not break the bank either which is a real plus for me. Very economical. I recommend them with at least 5 stars on my judgment scale.

Eh, more money, less diapers and too bulky
Go with Amazon green packs. These have less and more expensive as well as uncomfortable. Too bulky up front. I know 10hrs overnight but the green ones do just as good. I thought the green packs were too bulky, these take the cake. If you’re a guy, it’s so bulky it doesn’t leave room for anything else down there.

Affordable as hood or better than name brand
🌟 **Honest Review: These Are a LIFESAVER Post-Surgery!** 🌟Let me tell you—I was on the hunt for something affordable but high-quality after my surgery, and I’m SO glad I found these! 🙌 Not only are they budget-friendly, but the **quality is absolutely amazing**. They fit perfectly, feel super comfortable, and absorb like a dream. Honestly, they’re just as good—if not *better*—than the expensive name brands I’ve tried in the past.I was a little skeptical at first, but these exceeded all my expectations. They’ve made my recovery so much easier, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a reliable, affordable option that doesn’t compromise on quality, these are IT.Don’t waste your money on overpriced brands when you can get the same (or better!) results with these. Trust me, you won’t regret it. 💯

Not comfortable when sitting on a firm seat.
I have (I hope temporary) bowel incontinence problem. I tried this product for a couple of weeks. It did the job, but then, I'm guessing no worse or no better than the other similar products sold here. The thing that made this particular brand unacceptable was my inability to drive my car while wearing this diaper. I am an elderly male, of normal proportions, weighing about 180 pounds. These diapers are are very bulky between one's legs and a little difficult to put on and take off (I'm an 82 year old male). They seal in waste well enough, but the bulk of the diaper put so much pressure on my anal area while sitting on a firm car seat. that the pain was excruciating. I couldn't even sit long enough to start the engine. My frequent incontinence has made my anus sensative to external pressure, and this product was intolerable. My next purchase was the CVS store generic brand and they are a world of difference. They are noticeably easier to put on and take off (both products were s/m size), but are much, much less bulky between my legs and much more comfortable to sit in.I guess the Anazon product is designed for maximum liquid retention capacity, but IMO they have overdone it. This product is like sitting on fence rail lengthwise. It hurts to even think about it. 😣
