Question 1

Why would the newly installed silent motherboard on my Ender 3 trip the circuit breaker when the bed is getting up to heat?

I would check to make sure the thermistor is plugged securely into the correct slot, and that the wires and glass head were not damaged during the transfer.  This can cause the printer itself to shut off if it does not give an error message.  Otherwise if it is the house's circuit breaker that is tripping, I would check the printer's power supply itself, though that should not be caused by a motherboard swap (unless maybe the 110/220V selector switch got bumped to the wrong setting while moving things around).

Question 2

I installed the v4.2.7 motherboard to my ender 3 but the fans keep stopping causing me to burn through thermistors. how can i fix this?

Make sure all your connections are good and that you wiring is correct first. Then if all looks good there double check your slicer settings to make sure the fans are turned on and set to run. If you are talking about the main fan on the heat sync you may want to upgrade it to a better on that will not only funtion better but also not be as loud. Lastly if none of this resolves the problem I would replace the hot end assemply compeltely which is not hard or exspensive. You can find them on their site or on Amazon (Amamzon is cheaper and easier to work with IMO).

Question 3

Will this work with an Ender 3-E??? I think its just an ender 3 with auto bed leveling and filament runout sensor

I'm not familiar with an Ender 3 E. But if it has the filament sensor and auto bed leveling, it may already have a silent board installed. For example, my Ender 3 v2 Neo and Max Neo both have the v4.2.2 silent board with the upgraded stepper drivers. However, my Ender 3 Pro was the v4.2.2 board that was noisy and I installed this v4.2.7 board to make it quiet. It does have the ports for ABL and filament sensor. However, this may be an unnecessary upgrade for you if the printer you are inquiring about already has a silent board.

Question 4

What software version do I need to get for the Ender 3 after installing this? There seems to be a lot of different versions.
