Other reviewers noted the skimpiness of bodily coverage and the need to be somewhat sensitive as to where one wears these in public. These are without a doubt the most comfortable "shorts" I've had. Light, good-looking, and not much to them. They are sensual and great to where when public nudity may not be the way to go, but close to it. Much better from what I had expected. Well-made too.

The shorts have a .5" inseam. These are a Womens product incorrectly listed. They have potential if the crotch was 3" inseam, or 4". Not 5". Just me though. I am particular in my appearance. Intended use; outdoor sunning (in public) Great for Women, they are soft cotton cut like thong.

The color is as seen. I went with the red one myself I know they offer multiple colors. A lot of people commented about the sizing follow the guidelines you be fine I thought it fit perfect the one I got. Another comment made me almost not buy it was the quality of it. Being a mesh cotton products it arrived better made than I was expecting. Specially with the heat coming this is going to be a go to for me for underwear or sleepwear.

This is my first year working at an outdoor garden center and I am still learning what I need to wear in order to feel comfortable while doing my job. I have transitioned from briefs to boxers as the weather has gotten warmer (I've learned that air circulation in the nether regions adds a lot to the comfort factor). I also do a lot of bending at the waist and bending at the knees as part of my job. Boxers have a tendency to twist and shift after doing a great deal of bending. These side split shorts don't twist or shift after doing a great deal of bending because of the side splits. The cotton mesh material adds to the breathe-ability factor. I like these overall and would recommend them to any guy whose job or lifestyle involves a lot of bending in a warm/hot environment. Guys who currently wear boxers won't have much of a "transition" period in order to feel comfortable in these shorts. Guys who currently wear briefs may have a more difficult time adjusting to these shorts because of their styling. Other reviewers have mentioned that these shorts don't offer much in the way of modesty and I agree (however, I never wear these as lounging or running shorts; I always wear them under my usual work pants). I sometimes get the feeling of my "package" falling out of these shorts (and I am not "well endowed"). I also get the feeling that the back of these shorts don't fully cover my backside when I am bending but, again, comfort was my goal in ordering these and comfort is what I feel when I have these on (although most times it doesn't feel as though I am wearing them). One word of caution: I am a Felix Unger kind of guy and I am fastidious about my personal hygiene. Guys who tend to be more like Oscar Madison may find skidmarks on their pants (instead of these shorts) because the inseam on these shorts is nearly non-existent and the cut is rather short.

I usually wear medium size, 32-33" waist. I ordered these in medium, but they run a little large, much like a large would fit at least in the waist band. They are moderately short in the leg and are fairly loose fitting, material is light and comfortable. I've washed them once and they did shrink a bit due to the cotton fabric, but not a problem, they do stretch out a bit as you wear them. Workman ship and material quality is subpar for the price. I have bought several pair of these, great for home use.

These are the most comfortable shorts I've ever owned. I've tried other similar styles, but these are cotton and fit loose ... just really comfortable. I'd get more if there were other XL (5' 10", 200lbs, 38"-42" waist) colors in stock!

This is a bed room item not gym shorts ! This is a product that ought to be advertised as adult attire. It's a nice product but dont be fooled you can not wear these shorts to any gym and work out on them !

Very comfortable, airy and fun to wear. Allows complete freedom of movement without restrictions. I have worn them without underwear for cycling and running (not in a group) and for relaxing at home and in the garden. Not really suitable for public display or gym except for the very daring and underwear would be advisable to avoid embarrassment in such cases as the material is very thin and partly see thru. Overall an excellent product to experience the exhibitionist side of ones nature.
