The media could not be loaded. Love the hookah had a big smoke party only issue is it’s a bit hard to clean but I was expecting that it came with everything it was supposed to and it works great

Good product but wrong adapters
Purchased because I saw on the pictures it had wooden adapters and also selected that option before buying but they were plastic when it arrived, not bad at all but was expecting them to be wooden for better quality.

Doesn’t work
Reordered this Hookah because I thought the first one was just missing pieces. Can’t get the second one I ordered to work either. I had experienced hookah users attempting to get it to work. I missed the return window :-(

I’m missing a piece. Can’t do anything without part.

Mine didn't come with a grommet I opened it today for my birthday and one isn't in there. Please send a grommet.
