After busting the screen on my Z Fold 3 two times, I needed a better solution. Enter this bad boy. This fits perfectly, is very easy to install, and comes with some great features. First: the hinge protector works exactly as advertised. Smooth movement, doesn't get caught, and gives the phone that little extra lift to make viewing it in half-folded position very easy. Second: I was very skeptical about using the front screen cover. After getting used to glass and plastic screen protectors that stick to your screen, I was nervous about one that didn't adhere directly to the phone. But I was surprised at how well this works. Sometimes the bezel makes it tough to touch icons in the far corners, but a little extra pressure does the trick. Third: the case feels strong and sturdy, yet it's still thin enough to allow wireless charging which my last two cases could not. The only cons for this case are: as mentioned above, the corners on the outside screen can be a little hard to interact with. Also: the back of the case is textured, so you can't stick anything to it. I use a magnetic car mount, so I ended up having to use epoxy to attach the magnet. But now it works perfectly!

The Ruky case for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is a mostly fine case for your phone. It is simple to attach to your phone, fits great, and seems sturdy. The Ruky avoids one issue I've had with the durability of other cases for the Fold: that thin frame over the outer display, especially on the narrow edge between the left side of the outer display and the hinge. I've had three other phone cases break, eventually, along that narrow piece on the left of the outer display. Some cases try to address this by putting adhesive strips on the back of that piece. The Ruky "solves" this by having an integrated screen protector over the outer display - the integrated screen protector adds stability to the case over the display. Unfortunately, that outer display screen protector is the one and only flaw I found with the case. It is not oleophobic so fingerprints, finger grease, dirt, and the various gunk that end up on your phone screen accumulate on this screen protector. Wiping with a microfiber cloth doesn't get much of this gunk off the protector, and even rubbing with a damp cloth or a squirt of Windex doesn't work well (the protector is plastic). Over time the goop will build up along the edges of the protector. If Ruky released a version of this case without the built-in screen protector, that version would totally be 4/5 stars. As is, 3/5 stars due to that cheap screen protector.

Pleasantly surprised! Once I figured out how to install it, I was impressed with the fit and functionality of the case. Very well thought out and engineered!

This case did more harm than good. It fit too tightly around the hinge, and when I removed it, it left scratches along the frame. The alignment felt off from day one and even made the phone creak when folding. Definitely not worth the risk—if you care about your device, avoid this case.

I appreciate the adhesive strips that hold it to the phone. Built in screen protector was a lovely touch. Spine protector uses rubber strips to hold it to the phone. They're very sturdy and coupled with the magnets, provide a sturdy connection to the phone. The texture on the back of the phone adds a nice touch as it seems like it would allow for a nice grip and help prevent it from slipping around. So far I'm very impressed. I do wish it had a built in mag safe. I added one using a thicker double sided tape to help get into the grooves. Seems solid enough so far. Thanks for a seemingly solid product.
