A lady in my life had a serious copper deficiency and had trouble swallowing pills so we tried the NutraBio Cheleated Copper Supplements and they worked wonders… She was able to swallow easily, after several months she had proper copper levels and now she’s on a reduced dose… Fantastic supplement for an older person..

personally, i think 3 mg. is too high a daily dose. most sources recommend 2 mg. maximum. i finally found an acceptable (2 mg.) substitute for this formulation, that's as good in all the other ways, as this one. i've been using this one for a long time, and just taking it every other day, to mitigate the high dose effect. but because it was the only thing out there for so long, i have to still give it no lower than 4 stars (previously, i used to give it 5).

Good easy to swallow and my blood pressure went down to normal

If you are taking zinc, you need copper because zinc uses copper and can deplete you of copper.
