I send out about 500 cards a year, so I am thrilled with these, both for the quality and the price. The colors are beautiful and more sparkling than others I've used. The gems are individually mounted on acetate sheets and easily removed for use. No more snipping glue lines to get one off. They say not to use tweezers, but I always do by carefully sliding them off instead of lifting them up--works every time.
