Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Blue - Unlocked (Renewed)

I bought this phone for my sister, and we are both very happy with the purchase. The phone arrived exactly as described and looks almost brand new, with no noticeable scratches or signs of wear. The screen and body are in excellent condition, and everything works perfectly. The battery health was at 80%, which was clearly stated and still provides decent daily performance. The phone runs smoothly, the cameras work great, and the overall appearance exceeded my expectations. For the price, this was an excellent value. Although my iPhone 6S Plus still works just as well as when I first bought it, it cannot connect to Airtag 2nd generation in the Find My app, so I wanted to get an updated iPhone to use modern Airtags (2nd gen), the Find My app, and the Apple Podcasts app, which has a fantasic auto-generated transcripts feature. I originally got a Renewed/Refurbished iPhone 12, but the battery life was disappointing when compared to iPhone 6S Plus. I paid a few bucks more and upgraded to the iPhone 13 Renewed Premium. It was really worth it! A renewed premium/refurbished iPhone 13 has everything you need for a modern smartphone in 2026: 1. One-year warranty/return period with Amazon. It came with a checklist and a list of all the refurbished/replacements done to the device in the Service History in the About screen on the iPhone. I got 100% battery life since the battery and logic board were replaced. 2. It can run iOS 26, which has a lot of cool, quality-of-life features compared to my iPhone 6S Plus: MagSafe wireless charging, StandBy mode to turn it into a desk calendar/clock screen when horizontal and charging with MagSafe, Category grouping in Mail, Face ID unlock is quick and easy to set up and is blazing fast unlocking the iPhone. 3. The 6.1-inch screen and power button did have hairline scratches, but they disappear with a screen protector and a case, so I don't mind. The display still looks great for 60 Hz! I do not play games on my smartphones, so I don't care about it. The only negatives: 1. iPhone 13 is heavier and thicker than the iPhone 12. 2. I don't think the camera focus of either back lens is as sharp as the iPhone 6S Plus. It takes a long time to focus, especially for close-up shots, and boke is not reliable. I am hoping to keep it for another 5 years, as I trust the quality of Apple and its refurbishment partners.

Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. Worst consumer customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I won’t forget it!

Phone was ordered under GOOD condition. Front glass and back glass no no scratches at all. Frame around got a few stuff marks but phone case will hide it. It was unlocked as advertised and it came with charging cable. Everything is working great.

This was a gift for our daughter on her 13th birthday, her first phone. The battery health was 95 percent, the body of the phone looked new, and it has worked perfectly for her so far. It was packaged well and shipped fast. The charge cord it came with was generic, but it works. The only reason I am rating it 4 stars rather than five is that the screen had a rather large smudge scratch. Fortunately, once a screen protector was placed on it, the scratch became difficult to see. Given that you pay more for a renewed premium product, I just don’t think the phone’s condition quite meets the promised standard. Even so, overall we are pleased with the purchase so far, and our daughter is happy with the phone. We may go the renewed premium route for our next child when he gets old enough because of this experience.

I ordered this phone with next-day delivery and received it on time. My first impression was that the Lightning cable included was obviously not an Apple cable. It was thin, flimsy, and seemed like the type of cable that could potentially cause charging port issues with long-term use. It also triggered a "slow charger" alert when I tried to use it, so I decided to throw the cable away and use one of my own. Secondly, the phone was listed as being in "Excellent" condition, but when the package arrived, the box itself had "Good" checked off on the condition label. That was disappointing and confusing. Other than those two issues, the phone seems suitable for the next couple of years, at least based on my initial experience. I will update this review if that changes. For context, I'm coming from an iPhone XR. I don't closely follow new iPhone releases, I'm not a photography enthusiast, and I can't break down all of the technical specifications the way some reviewers can. What I can say is that the phone was advertised as unlocked and it was, in fact, unlocked. It arrived in pristine cosmetic condition, and I absolutely love the blue color.

This phone came quickly and looks brand new. Initially it was not allowing me to set it up completely with an error message of cannot restore backup. After a few times doing that, it showed me a screen to update the phone to current IOS. Once the updates were done everything transferred without much difficulty, however my social media and banking apps were not shown up. I went into AppStore and looked up one of my apps, and it was sitting there waiting to be downloaded. So for all my apps, I just had to download them again. So I say all that just to advise someone who may be troubleshooting. Otherwise no troubles with the phone… battery is 99% and it’s working well. Hoping to get a few years out of it. This is my 3rd iPhone I have purchased from Amazon for myself and family. I would not hesitate to buy another phone off Amazon. I look at the seller profiles and this is the seller I have gone with each time.

Recieved the product on time, was wrapped in bubble wrap and was secure. Came with a 6 feet charger cable and 20W Wall Charger. Works great and cameras perfect. Definetly worth the money. Wish battery health was a 100 tho.
