Do these affect Dexcom signal loss??

Hi, no these in no way impact signal for Dexcom. They just cover and protect from coming loose.

Can the x patch be used on the dexcom or are they only for the omnipod?

Hi Justin- yes X-Patch can be used for all CGM's and Pumps.

Are these available in a different size? The L are way too big!

If you'd like the smaller more discreet style- I can recommend these: https://www.amazon.com/Sensor-Patches-Freestyle-Medtronic-Sensors/dp/B07QW5897K/ref=sr_1_5?crid=QS1XZB252FN5&keywords=not+just+a+patch&qid=1654661735&refresh=1&sprefix=not+just+a+%2Caps%2C342&sr=8-5

I am asking about a refund do to this product didn’t work and I broke out!! I sent a refund ?? a word!! Thank y

How would it not work? It's worked fine for me for the purpose it is intended for.
