I am absolutely obsessed with the color of this set! I wanted something different from the standard shiny silver, and this "Matte Champagne" is the perfect middle ground between gold and silver. I was a little worried the matte coating might chip or fade, but the stainless steel quality seems legit. The edges of the spoons and forks are smooth and well-finished, too. These are pretty light-weight. The color was definitely what I wanted and so far they have held up pretty good. I have purchased 3 sets.

The color does not stay gold. I have had these a few months - they say they are dishwasher safe. Not sure why but now the colors do not even look like they are from the same set
