The best iron i have found that does not upset the stomach and keeps my iron up from needing iv infusions.

This is my monthly regiment. Definitely helps me with my anemic, taking twice a day.

I take 300mg of Iron daily. That's two caps of these 150mg Ferrex capsules. Until recently I was getting them from my pharmacy inconsistently but they were in blister packs and I HATED having to slice open and punch out each capsule. These Ferrex from Breckenridge are NON BLISTER capsules. It saves my tender fingers and makes it so much easier to pour my medications for the month. A life saver, I'd call it. Thank you Breckenridge. The price here is better than at the pharmacy. Worth it, I'm on subscription with them now for automatic periodic deliveries.

Best iron on the market as far as absorption! Successfully raised my iron saturation from a 9 to I believe a 24 in a month or 2. I took two a day with a vitamin C. My doctor recommended this type of iron, with a c supplement and the ratio I took. If you have a hard time absorbing iron this will work. No weird side effects like dark stool or constipation either!

This product is sold under many names, but it's all exactly the same thing. The price varies widely, but it's all the same stuff. Pays to shop around. On an unrelated issue, too bad amazon doesn't take returns anymore - open the box and you own it, regardless.

This item has been great for my medical problem.

My wife had a prescription for these due to anemia. She got them from a local pharmacy in a regular pharmacy bottle. I found them here and ordered some for myself as I'd been having bad leg cramps in bed and read that it could be low iron. I was apprehensive after seeing reviews talking about fake product in blister packs and other stuff. The bottle appears to be a genuine product manufactured by Breckenridge. It has all the correct markings. The bottle was factory sealed. The pills look identical - including the numbers on them - to the ones that my wife got from a real pharmacy. I'm convinced these are the genuine product and not some Chinese knock-off.
