Great chart to help you work out!
We bought a total gym from our neighbor and it came with a VHS tape ha ha! Since we don't have a VCR I looked on Amazon and found this chart for us to use as we really didn't know what exercises to do with this total gym.This chart is a big poster size and we used sticky tape to hang it up and it is so easy to read and follow. They have exercises grouped by the body part you want to work.I like the big pictures, so you don't have to get off of the machine to see what exercise to do next. This is a great chart to help you fly through your workout.
