Q: Does this include all the parts to install?

Sure does! It’s just two screws and you can also just reuse the same two screws from the old visor as well.

Q: Why does this not come with the cap which covers the screws? I saved the cap from the old visor but it doesn’t clip onto this one’s screw-foot piece.

I'm pretty sure I had to reuse the original as well. It was a bit tricky but it does fit. I think I used a flathead screwdriver to help. I did this on a 2010 civic.

Q: is this for the passenger side , the right side ? because it shows pictures of both so which side?

Yes, it is for passenger right side.

Q: It advertises for both driver and passenger visors. I only got passenger. I paid for both. Wheres my other visor?

the supplier maybe running out. I got both sides.
