How is this case for fingerprints?

I’m not sure if you’re asking about the fingerprint feature on the MacBook or fingerprint residue on the case so I’ll touch on both. The case does not interfere with fingerprint feature however the case is a clear, glossy plastic so it will take on printings of fingers touching. The fingerprint touching is not noticeable in fact I didn’t notice until reading this question. I purchase my case for the everyday travels which protects from dents or dings.

Can you use a decorative sleeve under this case?

No. I would not recommend attaching a decorative sleeve but you can get away with using decorative stickers or skin. The case is built to fit so there is very little room to add layers.

Is this case ok for apple macbook pro 16 m1 pro 16gb 512gb 2021?

Yes, it firs that device exceptionally well.

Front edge of mbp is sharp. does the case make it more comfortable to have hands reset on the edge? how comfortable or uncomfortable?

It extends the palm rest slightly, and is less sharp. However, it’s not completely rounded and may hurt your hand. Mine is good though! 👍
