WHEN THEY GO LOW, WE GO HIGH

Bought this as a gift for my husband after reading a book review. He was a bit surprised at first but once he started reading it he was hooked. Amazing that politicians 2000 years ago complaining about the same things we complain about today. Human nature seems pretty constantly awful.

A gem of a book. Really inspiring speeches and a history lesson to boot. I will recommend it to my friends as the words resonates. Changed the way I thought. Loved it.

Very good insight into some great historical speechs

Save yourself from wasting your money. I struggled through the first chapter as it was excruciatingly boring. The reviews for the book were more entertaining than the actual book.
