However, the rotary switch operates backwards—when selecting options on the screen, you have to rotate the dial counterclockwise, which can be confusing at first. Thankfully, you’ll get used to it. A big plus is that you can save multiple welder settings, making it easy to switch between different nickel thicknesses. It works perfectly with my DIY dual MOT spot welder. Review: Not really usable - This isn’t a good board. The idea is good, but the implementation is really poor. The controls are very difficult to use and change. Most of the time a key press didn’t do anything. If you are lucky enough to get into the setup it’s next to impossible to change anything. After about 40 minutes fighting with it I gave up.
