Good Quality Bulk Cable for Network Runs
If you are running Ethernet through walls, ceilings, or anywhere you need a decent length of cable, this spool gets the job done well. The cable pulls cleanly from the box and the center feed design helps prevent tangles while you are working. That alone saves a lot of frustration when running longer lines. The wire itself feels solid and consistent. Being true bare copper instead of copper clad aluminum is a big deal if you care about reliability, proper PoE support, and long term performance. I used it with standard Cat6 keystones and connectors and had no issues with termination. The jacket is flexible enough to work with but still durable enough that it does not feel flimsy when pulling through framing or conduit. It holds its twists well and did not give me any trouble during punch down.Overall this is exactly what you want from bulk network cable. Nothing fancy, just good quality copper cable that works the way it should.

Good cable at a great price!
I have worked with cable significantly more expensive than this, and in every regard but the outer jacket, this cable is just as good as 1000ft of Cat. 6 CMR that costs quite a bit more. Monoprice has always been my go to for bulk cable, but for some reason they were out of stock when I needed it, and 1000 ft. of CMR through Monoprice is currently $120 more expensive than this! The outer jacket: It isn't flimsy junk, but it's not ultra tough like some other cable either. If you snag it on something and give it a good yank and it doesn't pull, expect it to stretch -- Thankfully, there was not much of that going on during the job that I used this for, but it would absolutely be a problem in some other buildings.Other than the jacket that is perfectly fine if you take your time and don't abuse it, the inner wiring is of very good quality, The twist is up to par for Cat. 6, and the inner plastic support is also just right. I used standard Cat. 6 punchdown keystones and punchdown patch panel on either end of this and the inner wiring was flexible enough to work with easily, but not so flexible you'd think it was stranded. The box doesn't have any fancy unloading plastic piece built into it like more expensive cable does, nevertheless, not once during this job did I have any problems with the cable pulling smoothly out of the box.If you need a thousand feet of CMR Cat 6 that is not CCA (which you should never, ever use.) and you want it affordably and aren't pulling through a building that's going to give you problems, look no further. I see a few more boxes of this in my future!

TrueCable is a TrueValue.
I’ve been working with this product for the past several days. The outer sheathing is of good quality! Inner wires are of good quality also. The spool is easy to unwind and pull up through the ceiling into the attic and across to the garage. No kinks and was very easy to work with when terminating the cable. I highly recommend this product every for a beginner like me.
