Received a broken one first then got it exchanged. It was not a damage incurred during delivery. It was literally a quality issue. One led was completely damaged (bent). Because of that, one arm wasn't turning on. This is a QA issue. Product shouldn't have left the factory itself. However, product is good. Let's see how long it lasts.
