Coupled with the vice effect of the screw, the shell is being crushed before the roll can be fully developed. The friction and tension rotates the shell in the base with no means to hold it other than trying to squeeze the shell with your fingers. I didn’t expect this tool to perform like a much more expensive alternative, but I’m very disappointed. Review: Don't bother with this POS. - Thing is a JOKE. Bought it since it was the only 20 gauge crimp roller on desertcart. Its a joke. I tried with it......just crushed the hulls. Wouldn't even come close to rolling a crimp. Cut the thing up and tried it in a drill since it was outside the return window........using a drill it came close but still couldn't make a nice roll crimp. Save your money, and find anything else.
