Are these brushes flexible? I need to clean a curved opening (neti pot spout). Using pipe cleaners now, but those are too narrow, even if doubled.

The are not super flexible but also not rigid. You could easily bend one tp fit your needs. I use them on spouted cups- some with odd angles. I just bent one to fit my needs.

I have a new Wolf stove. There are two skinny crevices that food particles drop. Will the smallest brush get down into the crevice?

Yes, depending on the width of the crevice, if it is very narrow, a dampened index card may work. The bristles are very soft, so essentially the brush is the width of the wire. I really like these brushes.
