5MP 4G LTE Solar Security Camera Outdoor, Go PT Plus with SIM Card

Honestly great camera, you have the app that lets you move it 360 degrees, i have this camera set up in another country using a 5g sim card i put inside it and i can watch the camera from anywhere at any time. battery life practically never ends which is great, video / picture quality is great, Night looks very good it has a light that lights up the area, connects very well and is very fast (has antennas).

Just the job, really good camera, easy to set up, I have 2 now, would recommend

This is a good unit but there are a few issues. The solar panel is not charging faster than the unit uses power. The panel has no shadows across it at any time of the day and is angled due South and correctly to the sun, but UK winter sun is not enough for it and it is discharging slowly.....battery/solar only lasted a week. PIR recordings are good but delayed start. Our home system allows us to set recordings to start 10 secs before the detection point so we see the full action. On Reolink tge recording starts quite late. Menu system in the App keeps a lot of thungs difficult to find and set up. Frustrating. Optics is very good. Connecting is not reliable but unsure if this is the unit or mobile coverage problems. Overall good but could he better .. >>>>> Additional note 2 months on...... The camera came with a 3W solar panel. Facing South at the correct angle, the camera still steadily discharged. Reo tech support had no solution (they could only suggest checking the solar panel setup, which I checked and it was fine). I bought the Reolink 6W solar panel sorted and this instantly sorted the problem. The Reo camera needs this 6W panel to work in the UK in the Winter with a low sun and frequent cloud.......the camera should come with a 6W solar panel as Standard!!!! Reo please take note!!!!

This model was recommended to me and it’s brilliant! We bought it because my horse has recently changed yards and last year he had a really bad experience with fireworks, and as we live in East Sussex with it’s bonfire societies our window for fireworks is long - hence why I wanted a camera. Anyway it’s brilliant & was really easy to set up. We are using the solar panel and it’s still 100% even though we have some v dull days.

I bought this system to remote monitor wildlife, 2k video is a great compromise in bandwidth and file size, but it has two really annoying features missing, why restrict the sd card memory size to 128GB? , another feature which I cannot understand is why it is not possible to delete recorded videos on the SD card remotely but you can format the whole card remotely, you cannot bank up great footage without having to burn through your 4g data and download it. I've been testing it for 5 days now, a proper review will follow after proper testing, (not on my kitchen table). Update 13/11. the 6000mah battery that's been solar charged has dropped to 45%, since the start I've had push notifications turned on and infrared lights on, that's the only two features I can think of that would burn power, I check it approx. 20mins a day. I can visit the site where i have it set up every two weeks so it looks like 5hours of direct sunlight is not enough to leave it as the manufacturers claim, ill have to use a battery brick to charge it in the field, 5V 2A so its certainly not capable of charging it enough, maybe a better panel and quality battery would suffice for the typical weather in the UK. Update. 15/11/22 Although the camera said it was at 24% charge it's actually died on me. It started with good potential but has failed the manufacturer's hype in my opinion. Update 8/12/22 Temperature from 5DegC down to -2 affects battery life massively (as all batteries tend to suffer in low temps) I'm now getting 7days after I've fully charged it. Maybe another few years redesign and spec changes and it may of caught up with there claims.

Easy to set up, SIM card required, the app is easy to use. I have not yet sited the cameras due to the weather, however I do have a Reolink camera connected in my motorhome, that has a live feed and I can connect to it at any time very clear recordings really good camera. I intend to have my new cameras sited at the front and rear of my home when the weather picks up.

The camera itself is excellent. I use it only to check in on my horses 3 times a day, it is not set for constant movement monitoring, so it is only in use for around 3 to 5 minutes a day. Yet the camera after a week of use is down to 50% battery life already. Not sure how that can happen unless the solar panel is not charging it at all - may be faulty I guess. Most solar panels designed for British use will charge on grey days (albeit not as well as on sunny days) but this panel just seems too small for the purpose. Not good. My solar panel fence energisers don't have this problem. Which is sad because the camera itself is excellent, easy to use, 10x zoom and a clear picture. Please sort this problem Reolink. EDIT: After asking around, I have bought a larger Reolink solar panel so will update this review when I see if that helps the charging problem. Reolink should really ship this larger panel with the camera to begin with when selling these cameras in Northern Europe.

Reolink customer service sucks. Customer service team do not seem to have knowledge of their own system. I was overcharged for monthly service twice on same day. Called to get charge issue straight and customer service disconnected my camera. Been calling and emailing for 5 days and keep getting bounced from one department to another without resolution. I have other cameras on different location that I purchased on Amazon from Arogal. 2 cameras for under $70. Much cheaper monthly fees and no issues. I spent double the money on a Reolink to find out often times more expensive doesn’t mean better.

4 stars because I haven't had the time to test it any long time yet. But have several reolink cameras since before and very content with them. So far installed and started and that seems easy as usual.

Je mets le commentaire après 3 ans. La première caméra avait un petit défaut, le vendeur m'a répondu immédiatement (un samedi) et m'en a immédiatement renvoyé une. Les frais d'envoi et de retour étaient bien sûr à sa charge. Un an plus tard, il y a eu un bug et ma caméra n'envoyait plus de notifications. Là encore, excellente communication, conseils puis prise en charge et renvoi d'une nouvelle caméra gratuitement. Depuis plus aucun problème. La batterie est quasiment toujours à 100% été comme hiver, le câble était suffisamment long pour que je puisse mettre le panneau solaire à l'endroit le plus sécurisé et ensoleillé. Pour donner les points négatifs je dirais la définition de l'image qui n'est pas la meilleure (mais cela suffit amplement), le fait qu'entre 2 enregistrement il se passe quelques secondes (ça c'est le point le plus embêtant pour moi) et la sirène qui ne dissuade personne car elle n'est pas forte. Appairage avec mon téléphone très simple et rapide. En résumé je recommande car pour mon usage c'est la meilleure option.

Ho acquistato questa Reolink Go PT Plus 4G, dopo averne provata un'altra di fascia più bassa che ho restituito dopo 3 gg. La differenza è abissale!! Facile da installare, istruzioni e app in italiano, chiare ed esaustive. Molto semplice anche la configurazione iniziale e la gestione tramite app. La utilizzo in garage con sim Iliad e funziona a meraviglia senza bisogno di dover impostare APN particolare. Il segnale è sempre ad almeno 4 tacche su 5. Ho fatto diversi test di verifica e le notifiche di intrusione sono immediate. Sia tramite app che mail. La visione notturna è ottima. L'audio bidirezionale è ottimo. Si sente benissimo! Non ho provato il pannello solare perché in garage non ho modo di cogliere un ben ché minimo raggio di sole ma si può ricaricare/alimentare con un semplice carica batterie per smartphone 5V/2A. La batteria, una volta carica, con un utilizzo di circa 2/3 accessi giornalieri, dura anche 3 settimane. Non posso fare altro che elogiare e consigliare questa telecamera che svolge un gran lavoro se si vuole avere un minimo di tranquillità in più.

el plazo de entrega anunciado era de 2 semanas. Lo recibí en solo 3 días. El conjunto es de excelente calidad y funciona perfectamente. Muy fácil de instalar. La imagen es excelente. tuve que hacer algunas preguntas al servicio posventa, pero me respondieron rápidamente y se aseguraron de que todo iba bien.
