My jar did not have a seal. Isn't it supposed to be sealed when you receive it?

The ones I have ordered did not have seals either but I have had no problems with Nadinola Cocoa Butter Cream. I am, however, finding it more difficult to find to purchase. I suggest that perhaps we should contact Customer Service at Nadinola and ask to them to put seals on their jars.
