As a lifelong loose leaf black tea drinker, I was frustrated with the results I was getting from boiling water on the stovetop and putting it in a ceramic teapot with the loose leaves. The teapot was absorbing the heat, even with a cozy cover over it so the tea was lukewarm when brewed, and I had to use a tea strainer to keep the brewed leaves out of my cup. The size of this kettle/teapot was perfect for 1 cup but my gas burner extended outside the kettle so I thought the water wouldn't boil. I was wrong. The only thing I had to be careful of is the handle got hot from the gas burner. Then I added the loose leaf tea and brewed it with the cozy over it. The strainer top is magic, and the brewed tea is so much hotter it can handle the soy milk I add and still be almost too hot to drink. Perfect tea every time and the price paid was very reasonable compared to the other ceramic and metal teapots on the market. It looks very delicate but really performs well, and clean-up is a breeze.

I love it! So easy to use, just put a big scoop of loose tea and add water. It says you can put it directly on the stove top but I don’t. Easy to clean. Filter works well, just takes a minute to rinse. I only handwash. Recently had tea at the Russian Tea Room in NYC and they had the same ones!

(updated review) This is an elegant product that does it's job well. Unfortunately it's very fragile. The slightest bump against a hard surface will crack it across the entire unit. The company replaced my first which cracked after two weeks. Now 10 days later, another tiny bump against a teacup and this one is toast. It's very frustrating because it works well and I love the look of it, it just can stand up regular use. I have upgraded this product to 5 stars from 3 because of the company's superior customer service. I still believe the teapot is too delicate, however, Teabloom was kind enough to refund my money. I'm going to purchase one of their more substantial pots because I like the company.

Item was good. Hoped it was a bit thicker and heavier. Did well on 3-5 minutes of high heat on my cooktop stove burner. Handle was slippery in my bare hand. Had to use a towel for a better grip of the handle. Lid strainer a plus. Clean by hand instead of the dishwasher. Was concerned of something hitting item in dishwasher possibly causing breaker. Small enough to store in most places. Tea cooled off faster than expected, if you prefer longer heated steeping time. Otherwise, item works for my needs

Pretty good quality glass, simple to use, attractive. I am new to brewing loose leaf tea, so I appreciate how easy this is to use. It allows good circulation of the water, and being able to see the tea leaves expand is cool. The downside is there is no way to remove the tea leaves once it has reached the strength that you want. The tea will just keep steeping and getting stronger until you drink it all (or pour into a different container).

I love my new teapot! It is nicely designed and lightweight, allowing me to make and carry a full pot of tea without worrying about spilling any it. The screen around the cap filters the tea very nicely, and it washes up nicely.

I absolutely love this glass kettle. It holds a lot of liquid but doesn't look very big because of its beautiful design. You can easily steep loose leaf tea with the built in strainer in the lid and the glass material feels very sturdy. The only downside is the handle gets very hot.

Effectively fulfills it's purpose: I'm able to make loose leaf tea without any bits in my cup when I pour the tea out. Good value for money. Not had any issues with its resilience so seems durable. Looks great, can't complain at all.

Tenía miedo de que me llegara quebrada al ser de importación pero oh sorpresa llegó perfectamente bien 😍 siempre había querido una tetera así. La tapa se mantiene fija al servir el té, la orejita de la tetera no se calienta para nada y en mi caso hace perfectamente dos tazas de té o una y es todo un espectáculo observar las hojitas flotando en el agua, simplemente preciosa, la recomiendo muchísimo ❤️
