I adjusted the neck on my recliner like an airplane and the pillow is the best I have ever tried. Low profile so I feel like I can make space for this while I travel. Plus, since it has a bag it can be attached to a carryon. Can’t wait to fly with it!

I use my bCOZY for nighttime sleep to ensure my airway is fully open. As a longtime CPAP user I can actually see my machine sleep apnea scores improve because of the neck positioning support bCOZY provides. Am inclined to think it also eliminates causes of snoring. Best analogy I can provide is straightening a lawn hose to minimize kinks and increasing water flow. In my case easy breathing is a very good thing.

It can feel slightly bulky or restrictive over long periods, and it doesn’t work equally well for all users, especially if you move a lot while sleeping. Overall, it’s a decent travel pillow with a smart idea, but not universally comfortable enough to rate higher. I returned it and switched back to my old regular style travel pillow.

I was having very sore neck muscles, causing severe headaches 24/7. Called the orthopedic department at the local hospital for an appointment to see their back doctor. He was arriving in a month. My wife suggested I try the BCOZZY to help hold my head in position, especially when sitting in my recliner. So I purchased it. It was so good that I ordered a second one because I invariably left the first one either upstairs or downstairs when I was in the other location. Also, when it was being cleaned, I needed the neck support. I used one of them every day, sometimes both, one up and the other down. They have helped my neck muscles considerably, thus reducing the severity and number of headaches. I still have over two weeks to go for my orthopedic appointment. Very glad I followed my wife's suggestion.

I bought this for a 12+ total flight to Europe, over multiple legs. I wear on-ear headphones for most of the flight and am petite, so my neck is shorter. I sit near the window. It's not perfect, but it's a good alternative neck pillow. Pros: - Adjustability works for different positioning. I used it against the wall, twisted around my neck so I could sleep on each side, and also the raised edges move around easily for my on-ear headphones. - Fleece is soft and cozy, good for cold flights - Easy enough to put in the packing case, which has two hook straps that I used on my bag. - Smaller edges are good for smaller adults like me (< 5'3) because they fit my neck better Cons: - Material: The fleece is *not* great if you overheat or are on a hot flight. Unfortunately on long flights (6+ hours) sometimes I get dehydrated and overheat, and the pillow was really uncomfortable for that. This is the biggest issue I have - if they offer in a different material it would 100% be worth it. - Case: I wish the packing case was a more durable material. It's made out of the same fleece as the pillow which doesn't feel as protective or clean if it's outside your bag, and I wish it was more compressive in the case. It's a bit bulky to travel with this pillow.

Although not your conventional travel pillow, it has served me very well during many travels between 7-9hours on flights. Just returned from a 9 hour flight, sleeping 8 hours sitting up right with this pillow, no neck pains and quite pleasant to use. Light and comfortable.
