These last pretty much forever with aluminum, copper and bronze give you probably around 40 ingots each, and I did make some cast iron ingots, but you’re getting near the limit of graphite, as it begins to oxidize quickly at those temperatures around 2500°F. With cast-iron I could tell it noticeably degraded it after two ingots.

works good just takes a few mins for ingot to release as it needs to cool some first

the graphite dust gets EVERYWHERE when trying to handle but i don't think that's super avoidable, just something to keep in mind when buying a graphite mold
