Had this book some time now, all the recipes are relatively easy and nowadays some of the most difficult spices mentioned are not too difficult to find (mainly Waitrose)

Great companion to Persiana
I love this book, it’s my new favourite. I already own Persiana and it’s wonderful but this has lots of shortcuts which are most welcome when you are in a hurry. Great recipes, just as expected.
