They arrived as promised. One of the sleeves had defective stitching and the next day I received an email from Didakay asking if I got them and were they what I expected. I wasn't going to complain, since the stitching wouldn't really make them non-functional maybe just unravel as time passed... but I did reply to the email and attached a photo of the defective sleeve. I promptly received a reply stating they would be happy to replace the sleeve and that I didn't have to return the defective sleeve. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I paid for and were prompt and courteous. If you have carpal tunnel syndrome and have not used these sleeves before you should give them a try they are very effective in relieving the pain. I use them while I am doing things that usually trigger the pain to prevent it as well as when the pain has become to bad to continue with the task...either way they are very effective.
