Our T&S pre-rinse hose blew out (again) mid-dinner service. Ordered this as a backup and wow – shockingly good for the price. Swapped it in 10 mins flat: unscrewed the old hose, popped this one on, tightened fittings. Perfect seal right out of the box. The handle doesn’t get scorching hot like our last aftermarket hose did, and the stainless flex part feels beefy. Been 3 months of daily abuse in a 200-cover restaurant and it still looks/works like new. For half the cost of the 'genuine' part? No-brainer. Keep one in your repair kit!

Hose started spewing water. The flex hose inside broke tip off after only 4 months. Went back to T&S branded.

Not the real T&S hose, just a cheap replacement, used for my customer and leaks from ends. wastage of money.

I don't even know where to start. They state that it fits TNS brass but TNS brass uses half inch not three quarter inch. I then went down to Home Depot to see if I could make this work and use some sort of adapter. The description says that these are three quarter inch but nothing at Home Depot fit. They told me I would have to go to a specialty plumbing store to get a special adapter. Waste of time and money. Technically my fault for not being thorough enough to read through the description but should not be labeled fits t&s brass. Returning it getting my money back gave three stars just to be nice will never purchase from them again
