Bought it in March 2022. Three levels of white brightness The touch sensor works well The color changing isn’t perfectly seamless but is a nice touch and n you can stop the color on any color. I do wish that once I turn it off that when I put it back in color mode it would go back to the previous color instead of always doing red first. I absolutely love the light. I had been looking for a lamp for a while and came across this and loved the design. It’s plenty bright to read at night on the lowest seeing and also I can video chat with my loved ones and they can see me just fine and I don’t have to be staring up at a bright ceiling fan at night when I’m all ready for bed. I hope if they make an upgraded version that they could include a Bluetooth speaker in it. Then it would be the perfect lamp

This light is a lot of fun. I set it up in my office and my kids love when I leave it on and it makes the room glow in rainbow colors. It is simple to use, but I didn't feel it was intuitive at first. I did need to look at the directions. My kids had no problems and figured it out quickly. It's a great lamp for a nightlight, mood lighting, or just a regular lamp. It has three brightness levels and you can choose white light, a single color, or rotating colors. I have bought several Vont products, and have yet to be disappointed.

This lamp is a good one for a bedroom but the operation is cumbersome. Its great that you can change colors but getting it to work on a different color is difficult. Had I not read other reviews, I would not know how the lamp works. Instead of touch, perhaps a switch for the different colors would be better. The color feature isn't used as much due to the lack of ease. For the money and if I want easy, I would probably purchase a product that is simpler to use. If I want smart operation, this lamp serves the purpose.

I'll leave it up to you to decide if you are interested in a light that can either be a standard white lamp, or a color changing lamp where you can pick a color. I'm going to describe some of the physical and operating aspects of the lamp. Physical: The led lamp is about 8 inches tall and a little less that 4 inches across. The non-lit base is a little over 2 inches tall, so the lamp portion is about 6 inches tall. The lamp is powered by a dedicated cord that plugs into a small socket on the base that looks like a USB-C port. There is no instruction book with the lamp, but it does have a small card that explains how to operate the lamp. White Light Operation: Once the lamp is plugged in you just tap the metal base and the lamp lights up white at the lowest level. A second tap increases the illumination. A third tap takes it up to the maximum brightness. A final tap turns it off. You must cycle through the brightness levels in White Light mode to get to your favorite level. Color operation: Tap and hold the metal base for about 2 seconds and the lamp will come on with a red light. Release your tap. The lamp will run through a color spectrum in about 1 minute 15 seconds. At any point you can tap the base and the lamp will stay on the displayed color. To turn off the lamp in this mode tap and hold the metal base again for about 2 seconds. You must cycle through the color spectrum if you have a favorite color that you want. There is no way to save a color other than picking it again as it cycles through the spectrum. I did get this as promotion from Vont. I have been please with other products that I've purchased from them and so far, I'm pleased with this lamp too.

I got this lamp 2 months ago and from the get go it wasn't that great because for some reason I could never get the color wheel to work. I looked at the directions several times and I was doing it right, but the only color I could get from it was red (I got blue randomly 1 time but never again) but it was ok because I really just wanted a white light with adjustable brightness, and you just have to tap it for white. So overall I was happy with my purchase.... until yesterday. I would tap it and the light would flash but immediately go out, repeatedly. I never moved the lamp or anything so I was kinda weirded out. I unplugged it for like and hour, plugged it back in, and the same thing happened. Then I tried switching outlets, seeing if it suddenly decided to not like my outlet after it was fine being plugged into the same one for 2 months, but the same thing happened on the other outlet too so.... yeah it's just broken I guess. Wasn't a huge investment but just warning to everyone to not waste your money in this.

This is a great light for day or for night time. It has a simple touch to turn on and up during the day or hold for nightlight mode. I need to buy two more because all of my children want them in their rooms! Update: We have now had this lamp for several months. It says on pretty much all the time in my boys' room. It is not so bright (on lowest setting) that they cannot sleep with it on, so it serves as a night light. They prefer not to use the color light at night, because some of the colors are too dim for their preference. I still plan to buy more of these, as we are switching room arrangements around and no one wants to give up the lamp.

I love the simplicity of the design, and the RGB color changing is smooth, bright, and attractive. The problem is the usability - all the user interaction is achieved with single finger taps on the base, which sounds simple and elegant, but is frustratingly implemented. Toggling and changing the brightness of the white light is easy enough, but activating the RGB cycle requires a long-press, and the cycle is slow slow that you have to stare at it for a while to determine IF it's cycling or not. There is no other feedback. Once it cycles to a color you like you can stop it with a single tap, but if you don't time it right you'll have to let it cycle again to get back to the desired color, which. can take about a minute. The unit does not remember your last setting, so if you turn it off you have to go through this whole process again to return to the color you want, which really makes it less practical.

I love this lamp for my desk. It creates the perfect amount of calming light while I’m playing games. With just a tap I can change the light to low, medium or bright. The bright white is bright enough for me to work at my desk and see perfectly. It came with a code that I scanned with my camera app. The code took me to the manual on the company’s website. After looking at the manual it was super easy to pick what kind of lighting I wanted. My favorite is the blueish lavender color. I feel like I might order another one for the left side of my desk to balance it out.
