This is the BEST iPhone I have ever owned! I needed a phone that fits my hand. This fits the bill! Very easy to transfer my service to this phone using the same phone number. Clear photos — no more freezing when multitasking. I can hear callers more clearly, too. My service provider grandfathered me in because I have a great plan which includes Amazon Prime. MetroPCS by T-mobile treats seniors well. They even waived the fee to transfer my eSIM. I could do it on my own except my plan was discontinued. That’s why they suggested keeping it and worked with me to accomplish that. Prior to contacting them, I seamlessly transferred all data without issue. In fact, it was much, much easier than having to visit a MetroPCS store. The phone was unlocked. The IMEI was ready to rock ‘n’ roll, baby! Thank you to the seller for including the charger, too! There is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone. The camera, speakers, mic, calling, etc works as it should Now the battery capacity is 78% which I can’t be mad at that. I paid $240 for it. There are NO blemishes on the camera nor the phone itself. It did need a lil wipe down though. The phone works great performance wise as well. -Shipped by Kanga Supply

Amazon refurbished used to mean something. Here is the saga I went through which involved returning FOUR phones: Phone 1: battery health was EOL, immediately returned. Phone 2: battery health was *also* EOL, immediately returned. Phone 3: battery health was 91%. Not great, but it worked. Then, one day after getting it, the camera went all wonky. It wasn't able to maintain a steady image and when the camera app was open, the phone would make a very disconcerting electrical crackling sound. Returned. Phone 4: battery health was 93%. When making phone calls via speakerphone, the microphone stopped working. Went to an Apple store and they identified a hardware issue that would have cost $300 to fix. By the fourth phone, I was done and got a refund. I also noticed that the price for the iPhone 12 Mini refurbished went *up* by almost $50 compared to when I initially ordered a new phone in early November. How does that make any sense??? After going through FOUR unacceptable phones, I ordered a genuine refurbished unit from the Apple store, which came with 100% battery health and is completely functional, all for only $40 more than this one. Seriously, do not buy from this company. The phones are *clearly* not refurbished. I doubt anyone inspects them. They are just slapped in a box and passed off onto unsuspecting customers.

The product is absolutely in excellent condition. There is the tiniest nick that I only found by closely inspecting it with my flashlight. The battery capacity is 100%, and the phone is practically brand new.

It was received in a well secured 3d party box and came with a brand new lightning charging cable. I purchased this as used but A rated. True enough as described this seller sent me a practical as a brand new unit. The apple software worked like coming from a brand new unit. It automatically upgraded it self to the latest even though it is the 12 mini series. The battery charges itself 100%. I didn’t realize that this is a 12 mini and being a mini is only a little bit over 5” screen size. Nonetheless I have come to enjoy using it transitioning from an android Pixel 4 cell phone. This is a late review of this IPhone 12 mini. In the over 12 months since purchase I can’t complain of anything bad as it has provided me excellent experience. I highly recommend this seller for anyone who wants to buy used but good IPhones if they want to enjoy apple cellphones without breaking the bank.

I bought this phone renewed premium from Amazon's program. I loved it then and I still love it and have it I use it as a backup device. My only issue with it is that I cracked the screen and that was my own fault because I took the case off and dropped it lol. If you are considering buying phones from Amazon's premium renewed service I absolutely recommend it.

El equipo llego tal como en la descripcion con su empaque, cargador, cable de carga y equipo movil. Su capacidad de carga esta al 100% y no tiene rayones de ningun tipo. Realmente da la experiencia como si lo hubiera comprado nuevo a una tercera parte de su precio de lanzamiento cuando se lanzo esta generacion. Ademas la sensacion que solo lo regresaron por el color, que en lo personal, azul rey no me gusta mucho pero le compre un case de Otterbox Defender y listo. Soy un usuario relativamente moderado -> pesado. Y la pila me dura hasta el final del dia al 20% restante. No juego mucho pero si veo series y reproduzco continuamente musica. Ademas al ser una pantalla de 5.4 pulgadas, aumenta la cantidad de ppp y hace que la OLED se vea increible. Es la 1ra vez que ocupo un iPhone y la experiencia es muy agradable.

Me llego con el 97% de batería, al actualizar al nuevo iOS quedo en 96%, si estás acostumbrado a pantallas grandes puede que cueste acostumbrarse, solo tenia unos rayones en la pantalla en las esquenas superior eh inferior, este último casi impresentable, no me di cuanta hasta que le puse protector y el primero chico pero a contraluz se notaba, hast ahora estoy satisfecho y si volvería a adquirir un producto reacondicionado.
