Will this protect the phone like a tempered glass from a fall?

Although ArmorSuit MilitaryShield Protectors are not tempered glass, it is made from a high quality tough military-grade thermoplastic urethane. This material exhibits anti-bubbles, fingerprint oil, and dustproof, anti-scratch, anti-yellowing, and smooth glass-like finish. Once the protector is fully dried it will return to its hard plastic state. Using a hard case will help with the impact of the fall land prevent the device from cracking.

Does this come with a screen protector for the back glass?

No only for the front screen. This is a great screen protector. Much better than the Tech 21 that I bought first time. This is a wet application and I have no bubble. I rate it better than Zagg which I usually buy. Also comes with a lifetime warranty.

What can I use to clean it with?

You can use water + a microfiber cloth and it will clean well.
