This machine is truly outstanding. It pumps in plenty of fresh air for up to two workers. The masks fit well and doesn't allow noxious air in even though I have a beard. I previously used a filtered respirator. It was a more basic mask that covered just the nose and mouth, not an entire facemask like this, and never did a good job of keep bad air out. This mask does. A few things to keep in mind if you're planning to buy and use one: - It's somewhat noisy - The pump is very heavy! The hose and masks are light, though - Make sure the pump is well away from the work area or outside so it doesn't suck in noxious air - You'll want to keep the mask snug to your face, which is easy to do, but also makes it annoying after some time.
