Can you flip it around so the child can be in front you you facing forward?** A: Negative. This is designed specifically to have the child harnessed behind you. **Q: Is it dot approved. will i get pulled over by law enforcement, if i use this?** A: Most states do not require children to have any kind of restraint for a motorcycle. Most do have a minimum age for them to be passengers.
