Build quality
This is the second one we have bought. The first one has worked flawlessly for over a year on our commercial farm service truck. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. The price point is excellent.

Seems sturdy and shipped in plywood box! Fantastic value for the money. ordered three more!
I read a bunch of reviews before ordering this one and most of the other reviews were complaints about shipping damage from being a heavy reel in a cardboard box. This was shipped in a simple plywood crate that worked perfectly. hooked this to a 12v transfer pump for a sxs bed and is super convenient and cycled the pump multiple times looking for leaks and none found. Just ordered 3 more for other fuel tanks I have and cannot wait to have hose reels on everything.

Hose works great and shipping was fast
We purchased this hose for our small business after looking into several different ones. We are so happy with our choice! Hose came in a wooden crate, very well packaged, no damages whatsoever. Hose works great. Great value overall. We’ll be getting some more! Great customer service!!! We bought a second hose and the reel was defective. I contacted the seller and they sent us a new working hose and reel right away. I would recommend this product and seller and will continue to buy from them in the future.

High quality
The reel seems very well made, and should be a great addition to my 500 gallon tank. Arrived must faster than expected

Unit is sturdy and was shipped in crate instead of cardboard which is a plus
Unit is going to be used as a waste oil hose for heavy equipment. Unit seems to be built with some heft. Return spring seems durable as well. I have a fleet of service trucks and will be ordering more of these in the future to be placed on all of my trucks. Great purchase.

Keep it clean

Great Hose Reel for the price!!
This hose reel works awesome and is built really well. It does everything I need. The hose is decent. My only complaint is the spring is not quite strong enough to pull the hose in. My solution was to wind the hose reel clockwise 3x past the stopper so the spring is wound tighter and now it works well.
