Add the contents of all 3 packets to ½ kg. coarsely ground pork belly, blend and knead until sticky. 2. Shrink the casing onto the funnel tube (not included). 3. Divide the pork into 5 portions. Fill into casing, leaving about 1-1 ½ inches for tying. Puncture the air pockets with toothpick or pin. 4. Make 5 links using the provided thread. Leave at room temperature for 1 hour. 5. Charcoal grill with low heat until done. Serve with fresh vegetables such as cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, young ginger etc. LOBO Northeastern Thai Sausage Set (Sai Krok E-San) is an authentic Thai seasoning set used to prepare traditional Isan-style sausage at home. Each pack contains three seasoning packets with a total net weight of 75 g. Simply mix the seasoning with ground pork belly, fill into sausage casing, and grill over low heat for delicious homemade Northeastern Thai sausage. Ideal for Thai food lovers seeking authentic flavor and easy preparation. Review: Description not clear, but still great. - It's true I originally thought I was ordering actual sausages instead of a sausage making kit (SET in the title), but frankly I don't think this was intentional false advertising, possibly a language barrier. In the end, I loved this! All you need is pork belly, a funnel & a way to grind it coarsely (I did just fine chopping coarsely with a chef's knife), the end result is great! Highly seasoned/sour authentic Isaan sausages, easy. Another caveat: SOAK the casings in water for about 20 minutes first, to soften them. This isn't mentioned on the package directions, again I think maybe because of a language barrier with a Thai product. Review: Never again - Totally disappointed I spent $33 for four small sausages. Totally not worth the price! ## Features - Collagen casings included - No Artificial Colours Added - Make 5 Serving - Authentic Northeastern Thai sausage seasoning set (Sai Krok E-San) - Mix all 3 seasoning packets with 500 g (½ kg) ground pork belly - Divide mixture into 5 portions and fill into sausage casing - Tie into links and leave at room temperature for 1 hour - Grill over low heat until fully cooked; serve with fresh vegetables - Product of Thailand - Net weight: 75 g./ 2.65 oz. per pack ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B095MHCKN6 | | Best Sellers Rank | #205,922 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #366 in Curry Sauce | | Brand | ooo | | Brand Name | ooo | | Container Type | Packet | | Customer Reviews | 3.1 out of 5 stars 18 Reviews | | Flavor | Sausage | | Item Package Weight | 0.08 kg | | Item Weight | 75 g | | Manufacturer | GLOBO food | | Package Weight | 0.08 kg | | Region of Origin | thailand | | Size | 75 gram | | Specialty | No Artificial Colours Added | | UPC | 741030937835 | | Unit Count | 2.65 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** ooo - **Flavor:** Sausage - **Item Weight:** 75 Grams - **Size:** 75 gram - **Specialty:** No Artificial Colours Added ## Images ![LOBO Northeastern Thai sausage Set (Sai Krok E-san) 75 Grams/2.65 oz By naveenana shop - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6116Kn73i5S.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this actually sausage or is this some kind of seasoning to make sausage?** A: This is just the seasoning and casings to make the sausage. Per the instructions you just add the pork, mix it together, put into the casing with a funnel (not provided) and then cook. It also says you can use beef, chicken or shrimp instead of the pork. I did not realize that this was a seasoning pack when I bought it. Decided to keep it and try it out one day. If the casing part looks like it will be a mess to do, I will just shape them into patties instead of links and cook them that way. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Description not clear, but still great. *by R***I on May 26, 2024* It's true I originally thought I was ordering actual sausages instead of a sausage making kit (SET in the title), but frankly I don't think this was intentional false advertising, possibly a language barrier. Totally not worth the price! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ used without the casing *by A***R on March 25, 2025* I also thought I was getting the actual sausage but glad because shipping food from far away could be tricky. The seasoning gave me the exact taste I was looking for only that I needed a little oil and red pepper flakes in my ground pork. Will purchase again ## Frequently Bought Together - LOBO Northeastern Thai sausage Set (Sai Krok E-san) 75 Grams By naveenana shop - Chinese Style Sausage (Lap-Xuong) - 12oz by Kam Yen Jan. - LOBO Northern Thai Sausage Set [SAI OUA] 60 Grams/ By BENJAWAN shop --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/408240680-lobo-northeastern-thai-sausage-set-sai-krok-e-san-75](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/408240680-lobo-northeastern-thai-sausage-set-sai-krok-e-san-75) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
