I'm giving this 5 stars because I'm not going to give 1 star for something that naturally taste the way it's suppose in the state that it's in which is grounded up. It taste horribly bitter for me vs the whole chia seeds which makes sense though because it's grounded so I'll stick to regular Chia seeds next time.

Great for someone who doesn't want to grind their own chia seeds. I keep a bag in my desk drawer to add to my water or applesauce. Careful with the zipper on the bag though, it has a tendency to rip apart from the bag so you may need to store this bag inside a larger ziplock.

I bought the powder form of chia to get a smoother texture but what I didn't know is that the powder doesn't form a semi solid pudding. Only the whole chias make a firm pudding. Just in case you want to make puddings, use the whole chia, not this, but otherwise it is great.

If u do chia seeds go with ground for nutritional value

Great value...easy to use...taste amazing...will buy again for sure....they was fresh and smell amazing...bag easy to reseal

I didn’t like it whatsoever , but that’s also could be that I got a bad batch. I will be sticking to whole chia seeds though for my personal routine when it comes to smoothies and such. I say try it once see if you like it if not then you know that the next time you won’t need to purchase this particular one .
