Organic Chia Powder 8 Ounces

Due to health issues I am on a mainly liquid diet. I made the Chia seed pudding recipe on the package and it was good. Easy to swallow yet still had some chew which is a nice change of pace. It's a super food and I literally felt better after eating it!!! I now eat it every morning topped with fresh fruit and truly feel it's helping.

Price point, freshness and quality is perfect.

It's easy to soak in water and drink. It gives an extra boost of energy and is worth the money. I love the taste and its mixability. A small teaspoon is effective. Although I haven't been consistent in tracking my weight loss, it works well and keeps you feeling full. A little in the morning goes a long way. Just be careful not to drink too much to avoid constipation.

Product is great, just what I wanted. However, if you want it quickly you may need it from someone other than Amazon. Was supposed to receive it on Sunday the 7th, the tracking app said out for delivery both Sunday and all day Monday, then on Tuesday it said there was an error at the processing facility and I didn't receive the order until Thursday. As I said, the product is great, it is just Amazon that leaves a lot to be desired.
