I've only had it a few days have used it twice in that area with no problem. I do use a guard in hard to see/reach areas iykyk. **Q: It says 3 ball and 4 body head? How do you buy these head? It come with 2 heads.** A: I was ecstatic when I read this has a three ball head as the two ball head only works well on your average, run-of-the-mill scrotum. **Q: Can you use use it to trim/shave leg hair?** A: It's primarily a trimmer, but I suppose you could use it to shave leg hair. It just wouldn't get as close of a shave as a razor. **Q: Is Battery regular AA batteries or a special lithium ion which cannot be removed?** A: Rechargeable li ## Frequently Bought Together - Ballsy B2 Groin & Body Trimmer for Men, Includes 2 Quick Change Heads, Waterproof, Cordless Charging Base for The Ultimate Close Shave - Ballsy Anti-Chafing, Anti-Itch Groin Deodorant for Men - Quick Drying Liquid Powder, Baby Powder Replacement, Protects from Sweat, Odor and Irritation, 3.4 oz - Ballsy Body & Groin Rub, Cologne for Everywhere, with Beeswax, Coconut and Sunflower Seed Oil, Citrus and Cedar .85 oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/409757256-ballsy-b2-groin-and-body-trimmer-for-men-includes-2](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/409757256-ballsy-b2-groin-and-body-trimmer-for-men-includes-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
